Carl Flatley

President

Carl Flatley is President of COR Medical Device, a global medical device technology company with a unique business model structured to address global healthcare challenges through medical device innovation. Carl plays a strategic role in the overall leadership of the organization and champions the development and execution of the business’ global growth strategy focused on improving access and affordability of healthcare to patients around the world. 

Carl has significant experience in global operations, healthcare and business expertise from three decades of leadership roles across automotive, aerospace and medical device industries.  

Throughout his career Carl has worked across international geographies and businesses to gaining deep understanding of technology, healthcare trends, demographics and unmet healthcare needs.  A triple citizen of the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom Carl earned his Master of Engineering degree from the University of Warwick in the U.K.

Hannah Flatley

Research & Development Scientist

Hannah Flatley serves as a Research & Development Scientist for COR Medical Device, a global medical device technology company.  Hannah directs the company’s scientific research and development, quality system and regulatory compliance programs ensuring scientific pipelines translate into new products and business success.  Hannah oversees the research and development lifecycle from early-stage discovery to deployment while navigating complex regulatory frameworks to ensure strict adherence to safety and ethics protocols. 

Hannah is currently enrolled at Lafayette College, PA studying Biology with a minor in Economics.
